Parents get a QR bus pass for each child, their route and stop times, and notifications when something changes. No lanyards to replace, no paper permits lost in a schoolbag.

The driver opens a session, scans each pupil aboard with the phone camera, and closes it at the school gate. You get a timestamped record of who travelled, on which run, on which day.

Send us your existing route sheets and pupil lists in whatever shape they are in — spreadsheet, PDF, or a printout. Onboarding covers the data entry and the checking.
Every family is invited by email and collects a QR pass per child. Nothing to install — it opens in the phone browser and can be saved to the home screen.
Drivers sign in on any modern phone and start scanning. Training takes about ten minutes, because there is only one screen that matters.

All prices exclude VAT. An active pupil is one holding a valid pass in the current billing month — pupils who leave a route stop counting the month after. Move up or down a band at any time as your numbers change.
Encrypted in transit and at rest, with each operator’s data isolated and role-based access so a driver only ever sees the pupils on their own run.
Retention limits enforced by a nightly job, access to pupil records logged, and one-click export or erasure for every parent.
